Christchurch Southern Motorway - Earthworks
The Christchurch Southern Motorway involves the construction and rehabilitations of 10.4 kms of motorway and major arterial road. Taylors have been awarded the contract for the earthworks component consisting of Site Clearance; Topsoil stripping and re-spreading; Spread and impact of imported fill; Swale drains; Landfill treatments and Attenuation Ponds
Lionsback Realignment - (Seddon)
The works are located on SH1S at Lions Back hill between, approx. 1.3km south of Seddon.
Taylors will be undertaking the Earthworks component of the project including cutting to waste, excavation and re-grading of water channels, and construction and maintenance of erosion and sediment control measures.
Eggers Dam (Nelson)
Involves the construction of a 15m high dam; access road; 10 hectares of adjacent contouring and a large house site. Due to begin January 2011.
