Every endeavour will be made to protect the environment and minimize adverse effects on the public, in accordance with Taylors Environmental Policy.
Our environmental objective for every project is to perform the activities in the contract to the standard that mitigates impacts to the greatest extent possible, specified in the documents, Resource Consents, and associated standards.
Environmental impacts will be assessed, and control measures instigated where risks are identified. Our Environmental Management System will monitor and control risks associated with our operations.
Every project will have an Environmental Impact Register on site. The controls listed in each register must be applied as the work progresses. Any risk of environmental impact recognised on site needs to be managed and where this is not listed in the register it must be referred back to your supervisor to agree on appropriate control measures.
Operational Boundaries
Plans are usually supplied by Clients to show the location of boundaries, streamside management zones, perennial streams, restricted areas and other protected or sensitive features that are relevant to the operational site. Details must be confirmed during site specific environmental planning.
